1. Supported Payment Methods

VNPAY supports multiple payment methods, including:

  • QR Code Payment: Scan the QR code using a banking app integrated with VNPAY QR.
  • Local ATM Card Payment: Use an ATM card registered for Internet Banking.
  • International Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.
  • VNPAY Wallet Payment: Through the VNPAY wallet or partner wallets.

2. Payment Process

a. Online Payment via Website/App

  1. Select the product/service you wish to pay for and complete the order process.
  2. At the payment step, choose the method “Pay via VNPAY.”
  3. Enter payment details:
    • Payment amount.
    • Choose a bank or payment method.
  4. Follow the instructions to confirm the payment:
    • If paying by QR code, scan the displayed QR code using your banking app.
    • If paying by bank card, enter card details and the OTP sent to your phone.
    • If paying via the VNPAY wallet, log in to your wallet account and confirm the payment.
  5. Once the payment is successful, the system will automatically update your order status.

b. Payment via QR Code

  1. Open your banking app integrated with VNPAY QR (e.g., BIDV SmartBanking, Vietcombank, Techcombank, etc.).
  2. Select the “Scan QR Code” function.
  3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen or provided by the merchant.
  4. Verify the transaction details (order name, amount, recipient).
  5. Press “Pay” and authenticate using your password/OTP.
