1. Definition

Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the received products/items in the package sent by nnquietstyle.com with the items in the customer’s order.

2. Inspection Timing

nnquietstyle.com allows customers to inspect the package with the delivery staff upon receiving the goods (or within 30 minutes after receipt).

If any issues are detected after receiving the goods, customers can contact our Customer Support team for assistance with exchanges or returns.

🔹 Note: Please record a video when unboxing the package to serve as proof if needed.

3. Scope of Inspection

Customers can check the quantity and compare the received items with their order based on the following criteria:

Basic product attributes: Product name, quantity, and customer information on the order documents.
Visual inspection: Ensure the received product matches the representative image displayed at the time of ordering and confirmed by staff.
🚫 Do not open sealed packages: Items with security seals or tamper-proof stickers must remain intact.
🚫 Do not scratch off codes on products that offer reward points or gift exchanges.
🚫 Do not use the products before completing the inspection process with us.

4. Steps to Handle Discrepancies

If customers find that the received products do not match their order during the inspection process:

  • If nnquietstyle.com ships the wrong order, customers can refuse to accept the package and are not required to make a payment.
  • If the order was already paid, customers can request a replacement, or nnquietstyle.com will issue a refund as soon as possible.
