Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Methods:

  • Customers can purchase directly at our store.
  • Shipping via third-party delivery services.

2. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • For Ho Chi Minh: 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).
  • For other areas: 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Our staff cannot reach the customer via phone, preventing delivery.
  • The provided delivery address is incorrect or difficult to locate.
  • A sudden surge in orders causes processing delays.
  • Supplier delays or delivery partner issues.

Regarding shipping fees, we use external delivery services. Fees are based on the carrier’s pricing, considering location and order weight. Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost when confirming their order.

3. Geographic Delivery Limitations:

For bulk or wholesale orders outside Hanoi, we use third-party logistics services. Shipping fees are based on carrier rates or contractual agreements.

4. Responsibilities of Logistics Providers in Providing Shipping Documents:

  • The delivery service must provide invoices and shipping documents during transit.
  • The provider must also furnish invoices and documents to regulatory authorities when required.

All orders are securely packaged and sealed by us before shipping.
The delivery company is responsible for ensuring goods remain intact during transport.

Each package includes:

  • Recipient Information: Name, phone number, and address.
  • Order Tracking Code.

To ensure product safety, we will include a financial invoice or valid delivery note with the shipment (if applicable). These documents support complaint handling, verifying market value, and ensuring legal circulation.

5. Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Shipping:

If goods are damaged during shipping—whether by our store or a third-party carrier—we will take responsibility for resolving the issue.

Customers may refuse the product and request a return/refund under our “Return & Refund Policy.” We will work with the shipping partner for compensation per our contract.

Note: In case of shipping delays, we will promptly inform customers, who may choose to cancel or continue waiting for the order.
